Maso Rolo was founded after a plot of unusable land was recovered. It had been farmed in times gone by but had been left to grow wild for many years given how difficult it was to work. However, due to its exposure to the sun all day long, its prevailing position over the hills of Verona and its temperature range between night and day that enriches any fruit with aromas, people soon wanted to rediscover the flavours and characteristics of the products from this land.
